Hello, parents! We ask families new to our organization to fill out this form at your earliest convenience to apply for Teen Forest Adventures. No answers are “right" or "wrong," but will simply help us know more about your child.

We absolutely wish and dream that every teen (every human!!) got to spend a day every week with a close group of friends outside in nature guided by amazing mentors! However, we’re not there yet! :-) The application process is here to help us make sure we have a mix of participants that supports individual and group thrival and shining.

Teen Forest Adventures includes a lecture component and written assignments, as well as service projects. Is your child prepared to participate in these, and are you as a parent/guardian willing and able to support/encourage them in completing these aspects of the program?
