I hereby grant permission to Teen Forest Adventures, its representatives, and employees to take photographs and/or videos of me/my child during participation in the program. I authorize Teen Forest Adventures, its assignees, and transferees to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Teen Forest Adventures may use such photographs and/or videos of me/my child with or without my/my child’s name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
